D. Ignacio Rivera
Mr. Ignacio Rivera Quintana belongs to the fourth generation of the Rivera family, great-grandson of the founder of the brewing company, which celebrates its centenary this year.
He joined the company Hijos de Rivera in 1990 and assumed the Commercial-Marketing Management, redesigning the corporate strategy by opening up to foreign markets, achieving unprecedented national and international expansion.
Since 1999, as Deputy General Manager and Director of Hijos de Rivera, SA, he continued with the expansion plans, designing and directing the launching of new brands and an ambitious diversification of products, which has shaped the modern profile that today presents the Company already prepared to take on the challenges of the promising future.
He currently holds the position of Managing Director.

D. Carlos Martínez Rubinos
Carlos Martínez Rubinos has a degree in Economics and Business, with a specialization in Investment and Financing. He has an MBA in Management and Innovation and in International Business Management. He also has a Postgraduate Degree as an expert in Industrial Management, Business Planning, Account Auditing and Marketing and International Trade.
In addition to the General Director, he has been a member of the Steering Committee and Board of Directors and Business Groups, and he has collaborated in Analysis, Investment and Risk Capital Committees. He has worked as a Business and Industrial Consultant and of Programs of IGAPE, ICEX, Chambers of Commerce, Confederation of Entrepreneurs, University, ITG, FEUGA, .. He has worked with Entrepreneurs and Technological Spin Off University research groups. He is a member of the Investment Committee of Unirisco (Galician Universities) and he has been manager of the Association of Economists, business associations and industrial estate. He collaborates as a Specialized Speaker in Business and University Training Programs.
Roberto Tojeiro Rodriguez

Roberto Tojeiro Rodríguez has a degree in Business Administration by the ICADE. He is the Chairman and CEO of Grupo GADISA, leading company in the distribution sector in the northwestern area of Spain. he was one of the main promoters of a key project in the Galician economy as REGANOSA. He also is the Chairman and CEO of the national group IFA and has positions of responsibility in several boards of directors in broadly companies of various sectors: transportation, forestry, wood processing, services, chemistry and biochemistry, energy, construction and agroalimentary.
José Luis Calvo Pumpido

Son of the founder of Grupo Calvo, Jose Luis was trained in canning production in Vigo and Paris, and began his career in Calvo in 1952, being in 1953 head of Manufacturing, in 1964 director of Conservas and from 1994 to 2000 Chie Executive Officer. In addition, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce and Navigation of La Coruña, President of the Spanish Asociación Nacional de Conserveros, member of the Board of Directors of the Consejo Social y del Patronato of the University of La Coruña and Honorary Consul of the Republic of El Salvador in Galicia, among others.
Currently, and since 2012, he holds the position of President of Honor of the Calvo Group.
